I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. It is the buyer‘s responsibility to inform themselves of the products they are purchasing by reading slime descriptions. However, feel free to email me with any issues with your order and I will do my best! I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if this occurs.
Please keep in mind that processing times and shipping times are different. It will take up to 2-4 business days to process and package your order and then the additional time for shipping wherever you live.
